Husband dropped in to ask about getting an estimate on his vehicle &the front counter lady said that he needs to make an appointment. He simply asked "oh, you don't take walk in's anymore?" And she snarled /barked back saying "ya it's written right on the door!" Wow! ATTITUDE! Don't worry, we won't bother your business for anything! Take a chill pill &lessons in how to be professional!
